1. Service Scope
Eco Carpet Clean Pro provides professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and cleaning solutions. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the surfaces being cleaned.
2.Pre-Existing Conditions
Customers must inform the technician of any pre-existing damage, stains, discoloration, pet urine contamination, loose backing, or delicate materials prior to service. Eco Carpet Clean Pro is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions revealed during cleaning.
3. Stain Removal
While every effort is made to remove stains and odors, stain removal is not guaranteed. Certain stains such as dye stains, bleach damage, permanent discoloration, and long-term pet stains may not be fully removable
4. Furniture Moving
Light furniture may be moved as part of the service when safe to do so. Eco Carpet Clean Pro does not move heavy, fragile, electronic, or antique items. Customers are responsible for removing valuables and breakable items before servic
5. Drying Time
Drying times may vary depending on carpet type, ventilation, humidity, and weather conditions. Customers are advised to limit foot traffic until carpets are fully dry.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear access to the service areas, running water, and electricity. Parking access should be reasonably available near the service location..
7. Pet Safety
Customers are responsible for securing pets during the cleaning process.
8.Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.Satisfaction Policy
If a customer is not satisfied, they must notify Eco Carpet Clean Pro within 24 hours so that a re-cleaning attempt can be scheduled if appropriate.
10. Liability Limitation
Eco Carpet Clean Pro shall not be liable for normal wear, color fading, pre-existing damage, or issues caused by improper installation or previous cleaning attempts.
